The course is perfect for anyone suffering from back pain, neck and shoulder problems, arthritis, or just looking to relieve stress and prevent injury.
We start with three 1 on 1 sessions to comprehensively assessment posture, movement and function, then develop the basic skills and principals of Pilates. Following this you can join our group classes
