Shanae began her career as an Exercise Physiologist to combine her interest in human movement and physiology with her love for sport. She first studied Sports, Exercise and Rehabilitation Science at Curtin University, followed by Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. In 2020 she graduated and soon after joined the HFRC team.

Shanae has a wide range of clinical experience working with clients living with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular and metabolic conditions. She has always had a strong passion for helping others, and when working with her clients hopes to positively impact their lives by providing education and support to help them achieve better health outcomes and get back to doing the activities they love.

When not at work you’ll often find Shanae outdoors, keeping active at the gym, running or reading.
