Jen began her career at HFRC in 2003 while completing her Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science and Graduate Diploma in Exercise Physiology.  She strongly believes in the value of providing evidence-based exercise programs to optimise physical function without aggravating pain around the affected joint. She continued her studies and completed a Masters in Science looking at bone health and the effects of exercise on improving bone mineral density in older men. She completed her Stott Pilates training in 2011.

Jen is passionate about health and exercise and enjoys having a key role in her patients’ recovery from injury and illness as well as post-operative surgical recovery. Her roles in HFRC have continually changed as she strives to gain expertise in all areas to maximise a patients’ outcomes.

She continues to put a lot of energy into the charities that HFRC proudly supports. Through her work with ‘sock it to Sarcoma’ and its research department she is helping to improve the outcomes of those diagnosed with Sarcoma.

Outside of work she is a keen hockey player and runner. She loves to travel, and if her holidays don’t include a boat and diving, then she’s in Europe competing in another marathon.
