David has been working in chronic disease management, ageing and preventive health for over 40 years. His expertise is now focused on improving the metabolic health of people of all ages to help them with diabetes, pre-diabetes, fatty liver, chronic inflammatory conditions, weight loss, PCOS and optimal ageing.

Simeon uses a unique blend of soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques to help with pain relief and movement restoration. But he most enjoys combining this with exercise prescription and education to help people understand their movement patterns, strengths and weaknesses, to improve their performance and 'load distribution'. His special interests include lower back, Hip and knee, and Neck and shoulder issues.

Debbie Cooper is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with 10 years’ experience working in clinical settings with clients diagnosed with various chronic conditions and injuries as well as being in involved in research across the cancer and paediatric domains. Debbie has a combined interest in Cardiovascular disease and Cancer. She has also supervised third year Exercise Sports Science, Physiotherapy and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology students undertaking their required practicum.

Bridget enjoys treating a variety of sporting and musculoskeletal injuries. She has a strong interest in using exercise in the management of these injuries and believes in working closely with her patients to create a targeted rehabilitation program. Bridget has a special interest in hips, knees and ankles. Bridget likes helping her patients achieve their goals whether this is returning to sport, participating in leisure activities or recovering from surgery.

Aaron provides evidence-based exercise programs centred on optimising physical function to improve everyday activities and get his clients back to doing what they enjoy. He values the importance of educating clients during treatment, believing the most important part is the client understanding why they are doing the exercise and how it will lead to improvement, empowering them to independently self-manage themselves in the future.

Bruce likes nothing better than assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal problems, and devising and managing recovery programs, particularly in his areas of special interest – neck/shoulder problems, and tendon treatment with shockwave therapy.

Lisa has been a self-employed Remedial Massage Therapist for 12 years. Lisa enjoys learning new techniques or different ways to make sure a client feels like they have increased range of motion, with less tension in the body. Her aim is for clients to live relatively pain-free, with the strength and mobility, to complete everyday task, and to continue with their leisure activities, whatever they maybe, like gardening, golfing, tennis, yoga, swimming and gym work.

Berit Jardine has a special interest in post-operative & other swelling, lymphoedema, lipoedema
Accredited with the National Lymphoedema Practitioners Register, trained Dr Vodder School of Manual Lymph Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy and a Cancer Council support group facilitator.

Ross is a Perth boy born and bred, finishing his physiotherapy degree with honours at Curtin University in 1992. But back then, his passion was surfing and completed a comparative research project investigating low back pain in surfers and surf lifesavers.
