OUR TEAM

Bridget completed her Exercise and Sports Science degree in 2015 before graduating from Physiotherapy from the University of Notre Dame in 2019. She has worked in NDIS and disability before beginning with HFRC in 2022. Bridget has also worked in amateur football for 7 years giving her exposure to a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries.

Bridget combines her love of exercise with evidence based treatments to help her patient's return to regular function. She believes in thorough assessment and education to provide individualised treatment of each patient. 

Bridget has been involved in competitive Surf Life Saving since childhood and enjoys spending her free time volunteering at the beach, swimming and with family.
