Olivia graduated from The University of Western Australia with a Masters Degree of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2022. She has always wanted to help people improve their quality of life, especially through exercise, whether it’s for general health and wellbeing or rehabilitation from injury or illness.
Before working at HFRC, Olivia was a dance teacher, teaching hip-hop for 6 years and assisting with ballet classes for 10 years, also dancing herself for 15 years, which has greatly influenced her interest in the human body.
Since working at HFRC, Olivia has found a love for using Reformer Pilates as an alternative type of exercise to offer her patients. Seeing people prevent, manage and improve their injuries or conditions continues to inspire and motivate her to work in this ever-evolving field.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially at the beach, or at the gym.
